You’ll play a vital role in helping older people find solutions to more complex problems which can’t be handled by our Helpline.
The role is home based, or based in our London or Blackpool offices. If perform this role from home you’ll need an up-to-date computer, IT skills, a phone or mobile, and an internet connection.
