Fancy a free trip to the theatre?

We’re looking for volunteers to help at our bucket collections at Dame Esther Rantzen’s That’s Life tour. In return for your hard work and support you’ll be able to watch the show for free!

Our Founder and President Dame Esther Rantzen, together with her daughter the presenter and journalist Rebecca Wilcox, will be touring the UK to discuss their illustrious careers, personal lives and family ties.

We need volunteers to help at our bucket collections at the beginning and end of each show.

The difference you can make

The Silver Line has received over 1.7 million calls from isolated and lonely older people since launching in 2013. Just £5 enables us to answer a call, so please help us to transform an older person’s life by volunteering at our bucket collections.

What do you get?

Join our squad of bucket collectors and we will provide everything you need to collect on the night, including a t-shirt (that you can keep). You’ll also be able to watch the show for free.

How do I get involved?

We need volunteers for the following dates and locations from 7pm onwards:

  • Mar 28: FOLKESTONE, The Quarterhouse
  • Apr 05: CHANDLERS FORD, Thornden Hall
  • Jun 02: HENLEY, Kenton Theatre
